The short version

Famora introduces farmers to buyers. To do that we need to know who you are and where your produce is. We do not sell your data, and we never handle your money.

What we collect

  • Your contact details. The email address you sign in with, and your phone number, so we can reach you about your trades and send security messages such as password resets.
  • Your profile. Your name or business name, your state and, if you add it, your town or LGA. Buyers search on these, so they are shown publicly on your listings.
  • Your listings and requests. What you post is public by design.
  • Messages and order requests. Kept so both sides have a record of what was agreed.
  • Identity documents, only if you choose to verify. These are used to confirm you are who you say you are and are never shown on your public profile.

What we do not do

  • We do not process payments or hold funds at any point.
  • We do not sell or rent your personal data.
  • We do not share your phone number with anyone who is not signed in.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your listings at any time, switch price alerts off in your profile, and ask us to delete your account and its data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your listings and your profile.
