Terms of use

Famora is a listing and introduction service. Farmers publish produce, buyers find it, and the two sides talk directly. Famora is not a party to any trade you agree here.

Famora does not process payments, hold funds in escrow, or arrange delivery. Price, payment method, timing and transport are agreed entirely between the buyer and the producer. Because we never hold your money, we cannot refund, reverse or recover it.

Trade carefully. Inspect produce before paying where you can, use payment methods you trust, and be wary of anyone who asks for money up front through an unusual channel.

A verified badge means a producer submitted a government-issued ID and we checked it against the name on their account. It confirms identity only. It is not a guarantee of produce quality, of delivery, or of good conduct.

• Describe produce accurately, including quantity and condition.
• Only list produce you actually have and are able to sell.
• Keep your listing up to date, and remove it once it is gone.
• Do not post anything illegal, stolen or misrepresented.
• Do not use Famora to solicit advance payments outside a genuine trade.

Reviews can only be written by a buyer who confirmed they received produce against a completed request. We remove reviews we find to be fabricated or abusive.

We may hold or remove listings that our safety checks flag, and we may suspend accounts that are repeatedly reported by other users.
